Focus Sessions:

Is alcohol affecting your life, relationships, workplace?

Counselling continues to be the most common main treatment for addressing the reasons and effects of alcohol mis-use as cited by the Australian Institute of Health and Welfare 2023 Report.

Counsellors are placed between peers and medical practitioners, offering confidential, non-judgemental and practical opportunities to identify causes and explore opportunities to take steps toward your preferred self.

Creating new pathways and tackling old habits is a challenging experience. I encourage you to bring a friend, mate, support person if you would like support during the session.

Your privacy and confidentiality are respected.
